In the last few days I swipe through Instagram and, like most of us, I have been overwhelmed by the news from Afghanistan. We are all frightened by the idea of being treated as those women are in that country. Anxiety, fear and sadness are in my thoughts and in my heart. It was difficult for me to post anything frivolous as lifestyle or jewels. And then I thought about a ban on working, on going outside alone, on putting on makeup or nail polish, ban on going to school, on listening to music, obligation to wear a burka, ban on speaking, laughing…

… no art…

… the punishments…

… no breath…

no existence.
